The handheld sprayer allows for hours of spraying time without the hassle of dragging a cord around & can cover an impressive 93sqm area on a single tank.
It is designed to save time & labour, spraying less liquid & covering more surfaces. Patent-pending technology provides an electrical charge to solutions, allowing them to wrap conductive surfaces with an effective & even coverage. Double-charged particles envelop all conductive surfaces – shadowed, vertical & underneath

How it Works
Electrostatics is the process of adding an electric charge inside liquid droplets when they are sprayed making the droplet electrically stronger than the surface or the item it is treating. When one surface is more charged than the other, the droplets are attracted to each other just like magnets, so when you spray a solution that has been properly charged with electrostatics, the solution will envelop the target.

What Can & Can’t Go In
The sprayer accepts all water-based solutions however you cannot put in solvent or flammable liquids & common sense on spraying solutions must prevail. Most importantly to follow the manufacturers safety requirements of the chemicals you have chosen to spray. Internal components are made of rubber & plastic where fluids pass through & all solutions should be tested for compliance against test data

What should you do if your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date?

We always try to ensure that your order is delivered on time, however once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, sometimes delivery can be delayed. If your order has not arrived after 15 working days - please get in touch with our Customer Service Team for assistance.

What should you do if your order arrives damaged?

When preparing your order for dispatch we always do what we can to ensure that your order is safely packaged, if you find any of your order is damaged on delivery - please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as the item arrives and within 3 days quoting your email address, order number and damaged item(s).

What should you do if items are missing from your order?

When preparing your order for dispatch we always double check orders before posting to ensure all items are picked and packed. If for some reason you find your order is missing an item(s) on delivery - please get in touch with us our Customer Service Team as soon as possible and within 3 days of delivery quoting your email address, order number and missing item(s).

If you’re looking to return your order, we're happy to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order, return postage at the buyer’s cost. You can return your product provided it is in its original packaging and in a resalable condition for a refund processed to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

When returning items to us, please note:

Cancellations

As an online shop based in the United Kingdom, we comply with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This legislation gives UK citizens the right to cancel an order up to seven working days from the day after which the goods are received by them and they have had the opportunity to examine them.

If you wish to cancel an order, written notice of this cancellation must be received by us in the form of a letter, fax or email. If the product has already been despatched, then you will need to return the item in its original packaging before the order can be cancelled. What happens when Anchor Medical cancels an order?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot deliver to address provided

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. If you have already paid, your payment will be refunded for the appropriate amount. If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact our customer services team with your order number. Please note that we generally dispatch orders within 1 day, therefore it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. In this instance you would have to return your order once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.
